Can u lose bellyfat just by weight lifting cause thats what i do.
And also having a sedentary lifestyle, like i dont move around that much other than gym and sit on my chair for work lol
Feel like i have a lotnof difficulty losing belly fat even when I weight less, i lose inches tho in the waist and sht

Can’t spot reduce fat; as in you can’t lose body fat in selective places. Weight loss / gain just comes down to calories in / out.
If you’re doing vigorous weight training and you’re in a caloric deficit, you’ll lose weight.
Stubborn belly fat requires a stubborn approach to weight loss. It’ll go eventually 🙂

It is much more disrespectful to say that someone is old in a negative way than to say someone is fat in a negative way.
You can always get slimmer.
