if its a mental health thing i get it, eating disorders are really s***ty and counting calories can definitely be triggering
but for what its worth not counting calories is going to make your experience a lot more difficult than it needs to be. just eat less or eat more then depending on your goals and watch your weight. if you aren't making the progress you want in two weeks, adjust.
Eatin PB out the jar. I could get used to this
Gotta wash it down wit water tho, this s*** thick as f***

The problem is mostly im tired which may be due to low of protein or calories.

Back in my bag, the past month or so I was struggling as I was skipping days, half-assing my workouts, and not having the best diet. Plus I wasn’t in the best place mentally either, so working out was tough

low carbs is the way to go
If I eat clean I am below my calorie count. Its just I feel tired
You don’t have to eat 100% clean. Just don’t be going out to McDonald’s and s*** and maybe eat more quantities of stuff like seeds nuts and fruits. Maybe even some juice, a bowl of pumpkin seeds yogurt blueberries and some orange juice could easily bump you up 500 more calories
low carbs is the way to go
not everybody is comfortable with it so i always recommend low fat first, then the opposite

Like just run GreySkull LP or 5/3/1, beginners shouldn't be making their own programs
There's no need to do 10 exercises.
In fact if you're doing 10 excercises you aren't PUSHING yourself hard enough with the weight or the reps
