transitioning from my personalised 7 day bro split (bottom) to this personalised PPL 6 day split (top)
guess ill share this spreadsheet i made to compare the two

going tmrw and would hate to skip a day tbh
Been lifting fr years but finally time 2 get srs about d cardio side of dis. I bike 2 work n warm up w 5 mins cardio every gym sesh but wat would b a good way 2 ease into cardio training? Stationary bike or treadmill? Legit couldnt run more than like 10 mins tbh
What do you all do for cardio?
Like i play ball when the weather is good like 4 times a week for 3-5 hours, and i been during this s*** weather, just doing some intervall sprinting/joking and running on a traidmill, also some skip rope jumping like 2-3 times a week for like half an hour, after workouts
And now i played ball 1vs1 for 1 h and im dying, im exhausted as f***, this stinks

. Putting on 25 lbs of muscle without doing any cardio will have ur heartrate feeling crraaazy when running
How the f*** do i bulk up.Had a surgery about a year ago and i lost a lot of weight.I'm 6'4 155lb skinny as s***.Been going gym for about 6 months now and I'm really muscular but i cant seem to gain weight easy.Any1 got any tips?
