How is it possible to feel ATG highbar squats in the low back?? the lever on the lumbar spine is literally non-existant if it's a proper ATG

In my case I switched from (literally) sedentary to ATG squats by some genetic miracle so I guess thats something to be grateful for

Yes most likely your hip maximum flexion occurs very early in the lift and the rest of the descent is facilitated solely by a huge lower back rounding

Like yeah his physiques wild and his response to AAS is insane but it’s gonna take closer to half a decade to get to that size(I’d say he’ll be more of a 2004 Jay Cutler than ramy). Maybe its wise for it to take even longer considering he’s already a walking pharmacology experiment.
