    lol they're very easy bodyweight excersizes you can find online. You can definitely do them yourself if you try hard enough

    yeah but i wanted to focus on building my shoulders for this split, you could just copy paste the first leg session tbh

    i do cardio either in the morning where id workout at night or just after the workout

    Feel like a b****, this my second leg day in a row I walked out on. Luckily I hit 70 weighted burpees so I got a good sweat in.

    if you guys get sick lets say monday and its the 1st day of the week you start working out do you wait until nw to go back to the gym or if you feel better friday you go right away back to the gym

    I’d just start on Tuesday and make the day up on an off day.
