it's nice you got the chance to chill a bit (even if it was work related). You're taking care of yourself on all levels and that's great.
now, those extra pounds might seem a lot but dont be discouraged, a lot of people work day in day out for a chance to put on some weight and bulk up....see it as an opportunity, not a setback

yes it did, full court always we good on that part but im tryna get back to some light calisthenics and some lifting & back exercises
i be biking too the stamina aint the problem

Back then s*** was more hardcore. U in a bodybuilding/powerlifting gym getting jiggy to sound of raw metal plates clinging and sum juicehead grunting squatting 6 plates
. And then the gyms blasting heavy metal
None of that soft doja cat in commercial gym setting bullshit
