    Haven't gone to the gym in weeks cause of midterms but this thread's been motivating me to go back in

    You guys drink whey protein everyday?

    I’ve been drinking it for years but not daily.

    Want to make quick smoothie in the morning with whey so I can sleep longer and wake up, shower and be out.

    Currently, breakfast takes around 40-50 min to cook and eat. Could be instead sleeping than wasting so much time on it.

    afaik it’s safe to drink daily and doesn’t have any harmful stuff that could have effects in the long run.

    I drink it sometimes when i dont get the minimum amount of protein im trying to get from meals

    Ever since I started taking this new whey powder my ass has been noticeably smellier when I work out. I got up from the row machine and a lass was waiting for me to get up so she could use it and as I rose up I could just smell the funk fill the air, no way she didn’t smell it even with the mask ok.

    I ran to the bathroom to check me pants for any brown streaks. I was so embarrassed I didn’t finish me programme.

    What should I do?

    sanitize that machine like no tomorrow

    I wish I hadn’t gotten injured last year and was so lazy earlier this year. Call me black cbum this time next year. Just need to fix my diet and drink more water

  • Sometimes I gotta remind myself that it may take 15-18 months of consistent gym time to see a pretty noticeable difference in me

    Yeah fam imma take it easy. Dont think its anything crazy, feels like a nerve or muscle is stuck or something like that

  • i wonder when YMCA is gonna start charging me regular adult rate

    ive been paying the student rate since 2019 and then covid happened they shutdown for like half the year

    i graduated in 2020 but ive still been using the Y student rate and nobody questions me about the billing
