I usually tape myself doing squats from a side angel, and check out the video during my rest period. But the immediate feedback of a mirror is so much better

Did a year long bulk, gained 14lbs with a body fat % increase of 2%. I know it's not a lot for a year, but at least I didn't gain much body fat

going thru some s*** so been channeling that anger and i feel like a f***ing god during and after working out
i'm 5'8 usually hover around 135 but stress and not eating made me hit 127 and I decided that s*** was enough
I'm lean as hell and not skinny but I just want to get thicker and way more muscular
can i hit 145 by the end of January, I'm already back to 130 in 5 days

ive literally just been eating whatever and whenever, my metabolism is insanely fast, I've been walking miles in the cold to get my mind off s***, and I stress easily, so I always end up burning an insane amount of calories and it's why I always stayed around 135
i already feel my muscle memory kicking in though and it feels so good to have that definition/strength back, just gotta work on getting bigger
