Feel like a b****, this my second leg day in a row I walked out on. Luckily I hit 70 weighted burpees so I got a good sweat in.
I don’t really fw preworkout but I’m adding it to the leg day routine cause wtf
jus go heavy on squats 3 working sets of 5-8 reps and if its your legitimate 5 rep max you will be gassed and your legs will grow.
Squats >>>>
My legs were getting too disproportionate so only once a week now tho
i squat 2-3 times a week. yall niggas weak minded
Howww
Maybe my leg days are too much to do legs twice a week
To piggyback off of this, I posted a gym pic or whatever and somebody said replied to the story saying basically "you need to gain weight" jokingly, it wasnt malicious but it's so stupid to say that. i’m not triggered or whatever but like bro why you think i’m in here?
Why post a pic.
Why post a pic.
It's kind of a incentive to go back to the gym. I like how I look post workout. Plus the Hoes love it

I just do three sets of 5. And I use my ‘legit’ 5 rep max. So rn that’s 3 sets of 350 lbs for 5 including warm up sets(5-10 reps of 135 then 225). S*** has been growing the fucc outta my legs
. My legs(quads) highkey respond better than my upper body. But I’m telling u going that high intensity u not gonna need a lotta volume and volume is what usually creates fatigue

Yeah I do volume on quads 4x10 squats, 4x20 leg press, and 4x20 leg extension. There’s no way I could do that twice a week. My legs be fried
Need a good preworkout recommendation.
Took a new preworkout today and almost passed out in the gym woat experience ever

Yea that’s od if u try multiple sessions a week. Try out higher intensity/lower volume for a month brodie
Injured my wrist in a bike accident, it's starting to get back to 100%. Haven't lifted since October
just been running and losing my gainz
I'm 6ft 165, any dietary recommendations? Ideally cheap/plant based. I'm gonna do maintenance macros for a bit and then start bulking.

Just spent the last two hours throwing together a diet plan
just gotta go buy a blender, measuring cups, and a scale
My TDEE is 2700, I'm gonna use peanuts to add another 2-300 on top of that if necessary. Fortunately I don't mind eating the same thing every single day. Gotta stop eating out
Macros for what I threw together
Should work fine imo. I don't eat enough right now. Never tracked carbs before. I'll be doing stronglifts 5x5 with some cardio (running 3 miles or so) on rest days.

either carbs or fat, doesn’t really matter that much. And make sure you ease into this program. Like start v light with strong lifts. If you jump into your max 5x5 and running every day in between you setting yourself up for injury.

I'm hip, I injured myself lifting a year ago.
Gonna start lifting again this coming week stupid light to just get everything flowing again. It'll probably take a month and a half to get back where I was in October.
Gonna be showing off at the gym squatting 95lbs 5x5
