    Started working out at 5:30 AM

    Awesome easy cheap meal: noodles, veggies, chicken, sesame oil, soy sauce, siracha, garlic powder, onion powder (salt and pepper on the chicken ofc)

    if i keep a daily caloric deficit of 1000 yeah its possible

    i literally eat the same thing everyday which amounts to about 2000 calories and on average i burn about 3700 calories

    its all projected by the Fitbit app and im pretty confident i just gotta take less cheat days if i want to get there on schedule

    Always been more into bodybuilding/powerlifting but for the past few months or so I've been fully concentrating on bodyweight hiit workouts.

    S*** is so good and has probably been the best way I've found of losing weight when cutting rather than doing just pure cardio (running etc). It's hard though. I've been following this guy called Iron Wolf on YouTube and you definitely have to accumulate to the volume over time. Adding a weight vest into the mix is

    Full body 3x a week is cool for a while when you’re getting into the routine but once you build up work capacity and discipline… upper lower 4x a week is much more satisfying. I’m in the gym for less overall hours but somehow getting more frequency on my body overall. I hit everything twice a week + yoke work
