    Been working out everyday and have started dieting, but now my arms hurt to I have to take a break.

    Don’t know if it’s because of no rest days or the diet or working out wrong.
    I think it’s because no rest days

    this recomp is going soo well even with two weeks of half intensity im in awe at my progress 3 more months to go william!!!!!

  • Tried doing bench press for the first time in a min, and lawd my chest is WEAK. Been neglecting the exercise on chest days, but imma def add them back soon. Tryna do two plates with ease

    Tbh if you want tons of frequency try out PPL. It's 6 days a week.

    It just really helps my mental to go to the gym everyday, but I need to take my rest days and get my art game back

    or just have active rest days

    minimal cardio, yoga, swimming etc

    or work on stretching, mobility, etc

    Don’t know if this is the right thread for this, but can anyone recommend me a good magnesium powder/liquid? I have GERD so I have trouble swallowing the big ass capsules.

    As an aside, I have a triple complex supplement that’s in capsule form, can I open the capsules and pour the powder into a drink, or is that inadvisable for magnesium?

    Checking in!!!

    Last year. Around this time i was 192lbs

    and in a month i dropped to 176lb

    i stopped for a bit ( like 10 months)

    and was slowly gaining weight back.

    round new years i was reaching that high 180's again. i was like 188. and i was like ahh f***.

    i had this one job where i was OD doing 20k steps a a day.

    and that got me down to 178. but im not there anymore and so i kno i had to get my diet right.
    and my s*** together.

    I started my journey again april 1st as i was 178ish.

    currently at 172 at the tail end of the month whilst not doing any workouts.

    Starting May though ima kick it up a notch so i can reach my goal of 150-155 a lil faster.

    ill be doing the exercises i was doing last year. with weight training at least twice a week.
