What’s your advice for me? Like how have you dealt with times like this
cutting is synonymous with low energy so it makes sense you been slacking at the gym. your diet tho i mean now that you on low cals it's even more important to get solid macros so u gotta fix that up first imo.
sometimes u just fall off the wagon, it is what it is, just try and get back to your grooves and routines as quick as possible. there's no real trick, just planning and effort.

Jan 4th I was 150 on the dot.
Today I am 170 on the dot.
It's all f***in coming together lads
And when I look in the mirror I think "dam maybe I'll bulk to 190 instead of 180 cuz my arms still mad small"
Burnt our big time today.
Went all in on heavy deadlift AMRAP set. 4 reps @ 330
Couldn't even lift 315 after that, 225 felt heavy. Was done for the day early.
Gonna just do 1 rep and add another every day from there.
been neglecting my forearms. needa start incorporating them some more into the daily lifts, no need to dedicate a full day to them.
once i get my cardio back up imma feel like superman.
playing in a mens bball league now too. absolutely itching to get my game correct again.

take lots of walks, count calories with myfitnesspal, weigh yourself consistently, avoid sugary drinks
Took my shirt off to change into some gym clothes and today has been the first day in I don’t remember how long where I liked the way I looked without a shirt on
I still gotta lose some weight / my gut but I looked pretty decent and that raised my confidence up a bit tbh
I usually wear a large and I tried on my Kanye Power shirt that’s in a medium and it fit me
Like it feels SLIGHTLY too tight but looking at myself in a mirror with it on and I look like it fits me perfectly
Man I have so much heat from early high school that I’ve been wanting to wear that I never could cus of my weight
But give it another month or 2 and I think they’ll fit me
And I’ll FINALLY be about to rock my Kanye Power shirt and my OG MOTM Cudi shirt and my Blueprint 3 shirt man I’m so excited

Finally back in the gym consistent and I’ve noticed I always get bad ab cramps anytime I try to do an ab circuit. Like literally the second or third workout in the circuit I’ll start cramping

I’m at a little under 155 (154.8 to be exact lol) pounds now
Down 37 pounds!
It’s wild. I’ve been getting compliments about how much weight I’ve lost and how good I look (from dudes and girls lol)
I def feel more confident and it feels like girls are lowkey starting to pay attention to me (or it could be in my head lol). But I swear girls at work are starting to talk to me more or give me looks
But regardless, I’m really starting to notice my hard work has been paying off with gym 3 times a week and eating healthy
Every time I go to the gym, I post a selfie in the locker room at the gym on my IG stories and I looked at the FIRST selfie from when I started my fitness journey (June 2020) and WOW I was a thicc boi 😳.... I didn’t think I was that bad but looking at that June 2020 pic and my gym selfie today WOW. My chest doesn’t look so fat and my skin on my forehead has cleared and I’m obvi skinnier
