The balance tbh. I already do the one legged leg press but dont feel it that much. Gonna try hip thrust

try starting in the down position. like instead of jumping around, start in the deep squat, find your footing and balance and then come back up then pick up your weights and start

Motivation was at an all time low this week. Only went 2/5 days I go and feel like complete s***. Gotta get back on the grind Monday and make up for it.
How do yall reduce soreness from lifting?

rest, if you still sore take a nap
and eat more protein
