welcome to the land of the movers
its nice here, stay awhile
I like to train this way In general. I think focusing on strength(heavier lifts, less volume) is better. But if you’re cutting stick with how U currently lift, u wanna minimize any kinda muscle loss and possibly even gain some while on the cut. Best way to do that is stick to current program to keep all factors the same
Might go back to high rep then
I tried going heavier the last few weeks. But maybe I might as continue ? I’ve also added hella cardio
Yeah If you’re doing a lotta cardio and on a cut, one of the drawbacks to high reps is u might not have the energy. But if u have the energy for it go for it

I actually switched jobs after getting the 66 haha. I’m working at another IA/BD and am still fully registered but completely Back Office. So only thing they really wanted to see was the 7.
Wanna land in compliance/supervision soon so Ill prolly be taking the 24 and maybe 9/10.
You working on the CFP?
i think i need to deload
accumulated too much fatigue, cns feels fried as f***, joints hurting and s***
Take a week off bro
I’ve officially lost over 40 pounds
I’ve lost 42.1 pounds man I’m so happy with myself
My weight goal is 150 and I’m at 150.8 pounds so far
Almost there
I’ve lost 50 pounds
Man am I proud of myself. Worked my ass off the last 13 months and for like 8 of those months, I felt like I was getting nowhere. But once I got over that hump, I’m always noticing now
My new goal has been losing 60 pounds
Can’t seem to gain any muscle
Been getting hella compliments from men and woman about how great I look but a couple saying I gotta gain muscle. Not sure why I’m gaining like zero muscle lol
Regardless, I am damn proud of myself for the weight loss
Only my 2nd 4am gym session since starting to lose weight June 2021. Couldn’t sleep so I was like f*** it
But man I love it
No distractions at all
S***s calm af and I can just be one with whatever machine I’m using without bad b****es in gym outfits to distract me lmao
“You know I got to look, sorry

Hell yeah bro that’s dope. Sounds cozy
Yeah think ima start at least with a few certs that count as units in the cfp soon. Gonna need that as a young buck in the industry
something about the skinny insecure teenager that slowly builds up the confidence to go to the gym and subsequently becomes obsessed with lifting so much so that he has now built a physique the layman would froth over
damn i was spitting
