this is what i started with. i add my own things now based on my problematic points
hip flexors tight so i do alot of hip work and my lower back can be wonky so i do alot of that as well

i don’t it, im honestly too scared to because with the wrong form there’s more risk vs just wrong form on a regular muscle which sucks and hurts but isn’t gonna fw your spine and brain and s***
only thing i do is unweighted neck rolls when i stretch and neck stretching but that’s it. i do trap work and even then sometimes i feel like i’m one bad rep away from a muscle spasm

bruh do not train neck
you’re gonna get sleep apnea/not be able to breathe normally if you got a fat ass neck and there’s fat risk if you train it
if you wanna train neck just deepthroat ya girl p**** and go to failure
