there's a lot of good and free programs out there btw im sure you can find a good one. i can look later today too.

Do you have something good for 3 days to build strength? And especially focused on chest? Im not sure if i can run through jeff cav workout plan with 5 days being required for working out and my schedule

main reason would be that i'd like to hit every muscle group more often than 2x a week to maximize gains. also feels a bit overwhelming to do a bunch of exercises for 1-2 muscle groups every day, splitting those exercises over more days would probably be more motivating if that makes sense lol

You’re supposed to take 1/2 cup until you build up enough tolerance for a full scoop. I took 1/4 a scoop and feel like a f***ing god on top of a f***ing god.
