Yes i've been for a year and a half or more i think, gained that weight and muscle thanks to that actually, used weight like 127 but what im dealing with is what everyone calls that stubborn fat wich is that tummy and "love handles" i guess i need to incorporate more cardio which i dont do much tbh and cut what you just said, sugary snacks, will try to keep track od that at least thanks 🤔

even if you only track your calories for a week or two it gives you a great insight and sort of...calibrates your compass allowing you to eat better when you're not tracking everything.
