Ive been getting in some major reps with the weighted jump rope too (got up to 500 straight). Whatever that shoulder blade area is called? Yeah, this f***ing rope DESTROYS that s*** every time
A construction worker saw me and asked afterwards if I boxed. Apparently thought i was using a speedrope cause my techniques (i recommend using both a speed rope and a weighted rope every other set if you wanna really get a workout in on your shoulders) i was like
