i think some people recommend putting a scoop of amino acids in your water for lifts. i believe it is hypothetically supposed to help with the issue you are facing.

Increase low glycemic foods. Whole wheat oatmeal (not instant) cereal/bread/pasta, nonfat or low fat Greek yogurt, high fiber nuts/vegetables, lean meats, eggs, and fruits (mainly berries, apples, tomato juice, oranges, peaches & plums)

cable crunch
bicycle crunch
laying leg raises
planks
and engage your core during other lifts
think imma take another semi rest day and play some basketball instead. might lift and play basketball though

dead bugs, hollow holds (and reverse hollow holds), planks with shoulder taps, dumbbell side bends
and like other dude said, focus on a tight core throughout all your lifts, but not always using the valsalva maneuver

Bursitis is the painful swelling of bursae. Bursae are fluid-filled sacs that cushion your tendons, ligaments, and muscles. When they work normally, bursae help the tendons, ligaments, and muscles glide smoothly over bone. But when the bursae are swollen, the area around them becomes very tender and painful.
I've gotten it in my hip a few months back and now my knee. Taking anti-inflammatories reduces the swelling and pain as well. A lot of bad luck according to the doctor.
But as soon as you got direct contact on the area of the bursea, you're back all over again. So when you got this, you should startup exercising slowly (mixed with range-of-motion training) so you won't ruin your body.
