what a day
I f***ing hate my gym. Everyone spends 15 minutes on their phone at a machine for 1-2 half ass sets. It pisses me the f*** off holyyyyy

AKA no sleep when i took that s*** like 8 hrs ago
Talk about a CHEAT weekend wooooo (imma regret this tomorrow when I see my weight)
Getting a burger and fries for dinner with some cookie dough for dessert
Then its back to work tmrw
trying to watch my portions and eat 3 times a day is a struggle but for me its a lot better than what i had going on before
so like everyone typically does abs throughout the week. i’ve always hated that approach just from an interest standpoint. is abs once a week for 30 minutes the same as multiple times a week for like 5 mins each?

None of that s*** matters if you’re still fat tbh. Gotta get to a certain BF% for them to ever show.
Now if you want your actual abs bigger and stronger, doing weight work will help. 1-2 times a week is fine. They’re still muscles that need recovery time.

yup my RD buddy said same, diet gotta be solid or it doesn’t matter. luckily i’m lean and i been getting my diet in order so i should be straight with the once a week 30 minute sessions

Be aggressive about it almost lol. It’s worked every time. Like mfer I ain’t got all day for u to upload selfies. Move or work in
this jawn walked right in front of me during a set and I had to move to another bench to be safe 🙈
