when I do a 5-min sauna after the workout and dont feel soreness the next day is it bc of the sauna or am I just not doing enough?

soreness is not always a good metric for whether you worked hard or not, your body adapts and all that. that said, heat/cold exposure does help with recovery. as long as ur making measurable gains in whatever way you track them then ur good i think

soreness doesn't necessarily mean you went hard or not
it just means you're not recovered enough
in my experience whenever i'm still sore i either eat more protein or sleep more or both and it goes away

Take a week break bro. Let the micro tears heal before you hit it. Stay safe
