Chest is palpitating, biceps are tender, back is exhausted, triceps are warm and shoulders are rippling

in the zone to tone but need to trim up further around the stomach bc downlight is doing the heavy lifting

second week lifting in the books in my baby gym some crackheads stole some dumbells might have to buy some and bring up the stairs with me. Need to find a good split using the cable machine.
Eating 4k calories semi clean has been the hard part
this the first time in my life hitting legs and deadass feeling like i was gonna throw up
Did one circuit of my new workout and tapped. Tryna get to 2 circuits but that would’ve took 2 hours plus I was already tired
Anyone watching Physical 100 on Netflix? This show is hella motivating
yup makes me happy that i also love the physiques that are big and not shredded. just gotta keep turning up everyday and try getting stronger
Working this weekend whooped my ass, and I didn't have any clean dishes to even make my pre workout meal, so I delayed gym until tomorrow. Hopefully not gonna regret it and have a fantastic Push/Arms sesh
Also gonna go on Wednesday too as I am travelling on Thursday
