massage where it hurts and look at a diagram of the shoulder muscles maybe its a connected muscle thats tight

Both rotator cuffs. Idk man, I've been having this problem every year at this point. Idk if it's lack of stretching, lifting too heavy or what. I've taken like half a year rests and still pain. How do y'all handle injuries in general, shoulders and elbows been nagging me these past years.

i was always taught to use 2 ropes which i dont i use only one and put your thumbs on the circle parts of the ropes an make sure your thumbs are behind your ears
I've stopped doing them, for rear delt I do similar movement to this, but lift at a 45 degree angle instead of straight out to better isolate

This + try using 2 ropes instead of 1. It helps you get better extension imo
iv been told to, to use 2 ropes as well i will try with one an see 1st ty
i bought 8 kg dumbells at home and I can hit every muscle with them except for the triceps lol.
What ya'll suggest? Should I do bodyweight exercises for triceps or nah?

Took the day off cuz my toe hurt
Worked out yesterday . The pain is way worse today . Probably didn’t help that I tried to stretch it . I might have to take like 5 days off 😭

Especially what the video says as well, a lot of the lifting exercises are above the head. That stability exercise helps strengthen those muscles in a perfect matter. Great video btw, I wish I've seen something like this way earlier.
