    Bender boys still communicate but the movement has ceased. Many of them carry on the legacy with the utmost respect for what we started. They are true to the mission and f***ing hate mods. I, however, am formally retired, but an avid supporter.

    trying not to fall into the trap of working out well for like 6 weeks, not seeing brazy results, and then slowly slacking off to zero exercise.
    just gotta habitize that s*** and do it no matter what.

    Is running two miles a day and doing sit-ups enough to just be fit. I don’t want to be a muscle head just a little toned.

    Yea throw in some push ups and pull ups and you'll be good.

    Great. Started today did two miles and sit ups. I can add those other two in tomorrow. What do you think is a good count to do with the others daily?

    You should be fine if your just doing bodyweight excercises

    Had a serious back and bicep session three days ago and can’t straighten my arms, was my first time back to the gym in a min, feels a little more than sore

    100 each? IDK just push yourself to do the most in a time frame or something so you can track your progress
