Honestly I work a job where I move a bit then I like taking walks then cardio 3-5 days on top of strength training 5 days a week

i do cardio a bit mainly 1-2x a week mainly Stairmaster after back workouts but i walk alot an move around alot in my job i do hospitality valet so always moving help guests with bags [even after working out lol because i go to the gym in the morning then to work afterword's

so i go to the gym mon-thursday off gym fri sunday on my off days i am working so really no rest day for me but like what you said active rest days plus i stretch everyday an foam roll every morning
