    What u do for ur cardio? Just stair master or actually run? I do my weights then 10-15 min incline walk or stairmaster

    Man takes walks, works, cardio, + weights how u make that time

    usually 30 mins stairmaster or treadmill

    My walks like 15-20 mins after dinner lol

    Its not that crazy

    Back to business.

    Two turnovers today and drew a third penalty at the breakdown. Both work rate and physicality were great.

    Next focus points are footwork and smarts with ball in hand.

    people be taking the longest between sets. idk if its because their cardio is bad and they're legitimately gassed and need to recover or they just trying to stretch out their workout lmao

    i get needing longer rest for the main compounds but for exercises like that 20 mins seems like overkill fr

    Honestly I work a job where I move a bit then I like taking walks then cardio 3-5 days on top of strength training 5 days a week

    Im on 15k steps today and I still gotta walk

    i do cardio a bit mainly 1-2x a week mainly Stairmaster after back workouts but i walk alot an move around alot in my job i do hospitality valet so always moving help guests with bags [even after working out lol because i go to the gym in the morning then to work afterword's

    Even on my active rest days, I find myself moving around a lot either cause of class or work

    so i go to the gym mon-thursday off gym fri sunday on my off days i am working so really no rest day for me but like what you said active rest days plus i stretch everyday an foam roll every morning
