    but on a side-note i'm loving the way the long head of the tricep is developing, looks very pleasing from side on poses

    did not sleep good friday night into sat morning got some bad news that a family member was in the hospital so it effected my sleep an what i did at the gym but still went pushed out good sets

    also does anyone else do OHP with the straight bars the one you use for bicep curls? i find them easier to do then using the 20 lb normal bars

    This is my arm day. I do Upper Body -> Back —> Arms -> Legs

    Im just a beginner but I think I get good progress with my arms. Especially with skull crushers.

    Yeah. I have some arm stuff scattered in on the other days too but not as much.
