    That’s bulking. You wanna find out what your calorie intake is to maintain your current weight then add minimum 500 to that to get calorie intake that’ll help you gain mass. Working out simultaneously will add muscle mass and fat (mass) just keep cardio at a minimum. Calculate macros (proteins, fats, carbs). You can google this stuff

    I don’t think it makes too much of a difference but ideally space out 2 doses by 5+ hours. Depending on how much is in one dose you don’t necessarily need to take more than 1 dose a day bc you’d be surprised at how much Zn you’re getting through diet and there’s a limit to how much is recommended per day

    its 30mg each
    so if i take all the other ones at ten lets say i would usually take the 2 at around 2pm or 3

    Yeah that timing is fine. Recommended amounts for an average weight adult male are 11mg at the least with 40mg at the very most so I’d personally say take only 1 30 mg tablet a day but up to you. There might be side effects long term that you wanna be cautious of.
    Generally though it’s best to get your vitamins/minerals from natural food sources where possible some research says it’s absorbed more efficiently

    ok i only started taking it to enhance my immune system and also because its winter after when spring hits and its more hotter out i will probably not take it but for now i will take 1 a day ty for your help

    I let myself go. Gonna try to lose 20 pounds before coachella. That’s around 60 days. Wish me luck.

    Lost 13 pounds already but Coachella postponed Guess I get to go even harder and cut more then bulk.

    Start lifting. Find a program where you lift 4, 5, or 6 times a week. I like doing a push/pull/legs routine. Just google one and you’ll find a bunch to get you started.

    In terms of losing weight, it all comes down to calories in vs calories out. In other words, if you burn more calories than you eat, you’ll lose weight. And if you’re lifting during this weight loss, you’ll mostly lose fat. Look up a TDEE calculator online to find approximately how many calories you burn a day, and shoot to eat like 300-500 calories less than this per day.

    I’d say that’s a good way to get started, if you can stick with this you will 100% see results
