same but like lowkey i love it bc i always find that on some deep subconscious level im more willing to go to absolute failure than when my mind has a clear number assigned to what im doing

It was 35lbs lol.
So I wasn’t far off I was deadlifting 285 not 295
do any of you do like one week like really heavy sets mainly like 3x7-9
then one week you do like 10 lbs less but still doing like 3x7-9
just wanna see if its just me doing this because not every week i go super super heavy
if you can do 3 sets of 7-9, those are not heavy sets
The worst part about getting into lifting
