im not going to be weightlifting for the time being im pretty heavy for my height (5'8 200lbs @ 22.2% bf) im focusing on lowering my BMI so that i can lower my blood pressure just biking to work is my only exercise for now
ashwagandha never felt a difference after taking it for past 7 months, creatine im not working out anymore so dont need it, coffee dont feel any different after going cold turkey past 3 weeks

yeah id say protein bars, smoothies and smoothie bowls, chipotle bowls with sofritas, and mf eggs is the way to go
like really it’s not hard to find sufficient calories and yummy protein on a vegetarian diet or even vegan
i will say that im really pretty thin/lean but i think i surpass every metric for gym regular strength and i like having abs better so
