Trying something new too: squatting every other day to start my workouts. Legs already feeling good after a week of doing it.

Bulking takes longer than cutting.
3 month of stuffing your face just makes you fat, next time bulk slowly for 18 month and cut for 3
I wanna add 10k steps a day but i just dont be walking that much
