tried this row machine for the first time at my gym and i felt parts of my back working that i've never felt before
Cable row machine is extremely goated
I know this s*** is cool but man there’s this dude at my gym that always does the roller s*** in such a annoying way
Dude does that s*** right in the middle of the gym in between the cable machine and one of the dumbbell racks and takes up so much space and makes it impossible to use the cables. This is despite the fact there is a whole ass pilates room or whatever you call it that’s completely empty while he’s doing it

Just got done doing a 6 mile ruck March.
First 3 miles was normal.
Last 3 miles we did a 4 man litter carry and we were racing against the other team.

Whats everyone opinion on two working sets only per exercise?
I do this but going to failure is taxing, make sure you rest adequately enough. My chest was lagging badly but has improved noticeably since doing this. Only thing is the weight you use for your working set has to be close to your 8-10 rep max imo
y’all do mass gainers (taken with creatine) really work if taken regularly?
i think mass gainers are lowkey underrated if you have a dogshit appetite and you're looking to gain weight. They're a cool little supplement where you can get a s*** ton of calories in a shake, but they dont go down easy if you're not used to it
but if you dont have problem eating and you're hitting your macros correctly, then theres really no point in getting mass gainers
you won't get any secret hypertrophy benefits from taking mass gainers tho
