Add some fruits, Greek yogurt (add cinnamon, raisins, granolas, and vanilla extract), sausages (beef, Turkey, chicken), bacon (beef, Turkey), or spice up your eggs you can make shakshuka, dinner/lunch for breakfast, etc. there’s so many options dawg
what u think of training with an empty stomach?
Some of my best upper body lifts been off a banana/rice krispy and energy drink so its possible
Leg day I def wanna have at least 5-700 cals beforehand (space out meal if larger tho)

Thanks man I’m a picky mf but the shake I make has Greek yogurt oats and fruit along with the powder. Probably gonna add some bacon in the morning 🤔

You could slick separate that Greek yogurt into its own thing, might make breakfast feel more varied

Center cut bacon has like 80 calories or something IIRC. Just be careful with the sodium 👍
