1 month program
Week 1-2
Day 1: Bench Press 4 x 8-10
Overhead Shoulder Press 3 x 10-12
Tricep Dip 3 x 10-12
Day 2: Pull-Up 4 x 8-10
Bent over 3 x 10-12
BB curl 3 x 12-15
Rest day
Day 3: Abs/Leg Day
Week 3-4
Day 1:
Incline DB Flyes 3 x 10-12
Lateral Raises 3 x 12-15
close Bench Press 4 x 8-10
Day 2:
Single Arm DB row 4 x 8-10
Face Pulls 3 x 12-15
Hammer Curls 3 x 10-12
Lats 3 x 10-12
Rest
Abs/Leg day
I know I should not lose focus on legs, but my upper body is really weak still compared to my progress on legs.
What do you think? I want to do this for 2 month cycles then go into a one month cycle of 5/3/1 to always go back into strength once in a while.

I like it. I did the same (chest and back were lagging) and my physique looks better balanced.

My friend can’t get hard anymore really f***ed him up
hate when i am sick cant workout an i get irritated by that and because i cant go to the gym but my body needs a break been going 3 months hard 5x a week with only 1 day rest and on those rest days i work still
hate when your sick and you cant workout and still wanna do something active i usually just foam roll or stretch anyone else got some other things they can add to this

Throw on a hoodie and hit the cardio machine until you’re drenched in sweat you’ll feel like a new man after that shower
I feel like I stopped growing and barely sweat during my workouts. It’s okay though I can maintain for a while I’m sure it’ll grow eventually
