I have a whole home gym. I’ve been using the dumbbells I bought some years ago but I didn’t have full options. Jumped from 25 to 50. Now I have a crazy amount of options.

I’ve seen so many different ways to calculate it.
    What formula do you use?

i use an app called Lose It that does it for you and redoes it everyday when you weigh in. before that i used Calorie Calculator

i had my s*** set to “extremely active” (walking 7+ miles everyday) when i’m only highly active (4/5+ miles per day with a sedentary job) smfh

Damn is there stretching or movements that I can do on my own to work on form? Getting my back straight is very difficult.

I think my posture is overall trash and plus my core is made mostly of fat. Any tips?

I gave a pot belly and I noticed the way I lay on our couches puts a lot of pressure on my right side and it’s been painful for a couple weeks . I walk every day… anything that can help with that . Sit ups ? Or is it going to make the pain worse . Should I just drink water and less coffee and lay down in bed till it stops hurting . Good thing I’m not working rn

Maybe look at strategic pillow placements, they can help alleviate pain in certain areas. Sit ups won’t help, they might make it worse if your form is bad too.
