did some crazy shoulder workout today and i have not done it in two weeks and i don't feel sore either and i lifted the same weight to
Kinda just been overloading progressively. I try to atleast go up 10 pounds if I can get two or three more reps after 10 on my last set
if you can do 10 reps of what your lifting go up 10 lbs even if you can do 8 as well

deload for a week or take a rest week. Maybe just do cardio & abs in the interim. That usually re-inspires my motivation.
