So i broke my PR today on my last set i did 4plate 25 for five reps or six for dead lift it felt so amazing and tbh it felt like nothing like i could of done way more ever since taking creatin my workouts have taken me to another level like damn
plus did 32 min cardio with stair masta
i cant lift as heavy weight since i started doing muay thai a few months ago but now i can do hella one handed push ups and my body far is way down

He has a series called follow along which is basically like telling you what to do

semi-crowded for me, just gotta make sure you got alternatives for your lifts in the program in case u get caught out.

crazy my max bench is over 100 pounds less than what it was at my peak but now i can do like 10 one handed push ups before i couldn’t do one

go to a dead gym. throw your music on and get to everything you need to do no waiting and dip rq no need to waste time
