Learning that the last album was rushed out and that some of the EP 1 + 2 songs were suppose to be apart of the initial project makes so much more sense now
Glad he didn't let that keep him down
The original version leaked a while ago and I really think the label troubles were a blessing and what we got was better.
It’s called “I Fulfilled My Contract!” If you’re interested. Has a bunch of the EP songs/LP songs/ and like 4 that got scrapped
this buzzy lee chick Steven Spielberg's daughter
Wonder if he’s bumping dots freestyle
Got a link for where that stuff was said?
I read it in the genius annotation, they were describing label contract stuff Id never heard before
I liked LP quite a bit but it seemed like he was settling into a sound rather than expanding out, which is his strength. This puts him back on top. You can tell STH put him back in a mode to try wilder things
Man that outro is incredible
We were all just talking about outros for him in here curious to ask where this places for yall....different type of vulnerable here
official credits on his bandcamp, magdelena bay has writing credit on Ill Be There

I think he could benefit from more features. Danny Brown really shined on STH, and as much as I like his rapping I feel like it could be better on this album

Wowwwwwwww @Sir_Swagalot
See if they wasnt beefing that New Black History outro loop you giving Freddie Gibbs 24 bars to spazz tf out on
Never wanna see bruh’s tweets #nosir #notme
But we gotta have a discussion about his discography + his place as a producer in this generation.

i was wondering when their collab would drop, i wish they had an actual feature tho
Some of the best drums you’ll hear in rap are on his beats I’d love to know where he gets them
Seeing Kenny beats on here reminded me he exists. Feel I used to see him on social media a lot and obviously he had his show etc. haven’t seen his name online or on album credits much recently, has he been anywhere or am I just not seeing
Instrumentals usually keep me intrigued even when his rapping isn’t great. But nothing has stuck out much for me here unfortunately.
The Senorita callback on the Vince record is interesting for sure lmao I’m not sure it totally works but I like it, reminds me of Vince doing the Blue Suede callback on his recent album
reminiscent of his prime

just your typical kits, live drums and unorthodox mixing (big big big big this) more than anything I expect.
Just ppl gotta start taking RISKS man.
Bunch of niggas in a air BNB playing with each other's d***s looping songs no one wants to hear
Man i need a vince staples project produced by peggy
Big Fish Theory 2 fr
this just feels like angry drunk tweets but not in a good way. we got a whole world full of fascists and genocide and poverty and he's spitting sexist bullshit and phoned in bars on nepo babies. peggy finally getting a pic with his idol and he gotta take it with him in a burzum shirt really destroyed this man.
Do u hold urself to the same standards you hold these rappers to?
