I also feel you on the albums. Unrolling the posters from the tube and its a fire ass poster
Really makes me miss buying albums
I've ordered More and More, Blackpink's The Album and Eyes Wide Open, they are gonna be my first kpop albums
Why are you not buying them?
On the topic of spoilers, I sometimes can't understand what to do, because it is hard to differentiate between something that artist wants you to check out, and something that label puts out to raise awareness about the project.
I'll try your spoilerless approach for the next time
Tbh i never thought it was a big deal but it just kept getting reaffirmed by so many different ppl so it just grew and now i wonder if the apology will take
Wow, I thought about getting into RV, that's sad:(((
I hear Irene is cancelled. Sad!
Anyway, time for TWICE to save kpop again, methinks.

4/5 of the members in rv are still fine
Irene will probs leave the group if this controversy gets any worse.

Theyre still worth getting to tbh! Their discography for at least 3/5ths or so is honestly absolutely perfect. I cant express how much i loved them
Second point is u kinda have to keep things in perspective. Idols have an image to project, and even with what seems like 24/7 exposure via all their vlives and social media, etc, etc- theres still a person underneath the image that we largely will never see, and its often not like their perfect idol selves.

Alright, I will listen to RV
Yeah, I'm not gonna lie, that partially why I became so attracted to KPOP is that there is no drama, like I can go to Twice instagram or any Blackpink account and it's just pure promotion/photos etc, the magic is not broken by some heavy stuff like, for example, politics.
Deep down I hope that these people are mostly the same as the image that they put out, otherwise I think it's very hard to pretend 24/7, and I definetely don't want any group member to live some miserable life where you have to play some role all the time.
Wait what happened with irene? Wtf are all these posts
Nvm just seen it, if smth like that ends her career imma be fuming, standards from knetz and kpop companies are hitting new lows for this to be a big controversy
Trash people

welp
how do i say this lightly?
lol
but really
you start out liking a song and a group, and then find more songs, and more groups, and then u invest more like watching their appearances and checking twitter on s***, and before you know it, you're arguing against randoms online about details of idols you have no idea about, but think you know based on articles from s***ty gossip aggregator sites, and random stans on twitter who claim s*** too
what im trying to say is that a huge part of kpop is everything that exists outside the songs and music video. i remember it seemed so strange to even bother learning the names of the members of groups as i was really only in it for how well they crafted songs/dances/and videos. i would remember ppl would battle s*** online, and it seemed sooo superfluous. but it just happens. so yeah, there's a lottttttt of drama that happens within kpop (as you see now), and often it's over s*** that seems like total nonsense for many international fans. | sometimes it can be serious (extremes being the suicides and criminal cases). |
in the end, again, it's what u make of it- it's only natural to get more invested and attached tho. but like me, ive kinda been fading from keeping up with a lot of that stuff (compared to before ). like just gimme the mv and performances. sht like appearances / vlives / show wins, etc, i really dont make any effort to keep up with.
i'm sure it's just how it reads but "the face she has is wasted on her" is such a brutal comment. goodness gracious :(
haven't been feeling a lot of the s*** that dropped this year even from my favs but loona restored the feeling a lil bit
why not is some itzy s*** but it type goes. rest of the EP was pretty nice as well.
