A personal theory I have with why theaters are struggling with certain movies isn’t because of people
Not wanting to go to the theaters, but the marketing and trailers.

90% of trailers released today are cookie cutter copy and paste garbage and a horrible representation of the movie. Like Elemental was a 7/10 pretty decent movie but the trailer made it look like a solid 3/10. And Teenage Kraken spoiled the movies twist in the trailer

I’m not trying to be dismissive but anything made in 1945 sucks
