Netflix hasn't had any good shows has it

Except for Bojack and black mirror but those weren't super popular

    I have no beef

If man decides not to annoy me going forward I will unblock and refollow him. He doesn't even need to follow me back

I apologize for my unnuanced opinions expressed toward Kanye that led to his anger. I still don't really rock with Old Kanye that much anymore because his recent turn to nazism publicly has soured my perception of dude and some of his music irreparably however and will not budge on that

Alternatively man can keep getting at me in threads where the only way I can see what he's writing is in the preview window of other people quoting him lol. idgaf

Yes the technological limitations of the era FORCED people to listen to mid to get to the hits they like

I think the playlisting era has its pros and cons, but a pro definitely is being able to filter thru bland forgetable album filler much easier. Obviously good gems get slept on too but thats the name of the game. In this era, songs from yesteryear chart many years later like Die for You, See You Again (tyler), Cruel Summer, Miguel sure thing, etc due to this playlisting/tiktok era

That doesnt mean that albums are any more or less cohesive than they were in the past tho

Yes I agree. And I think it's just a different approach to cohesiveness anyway maybe. I don't really like that word either

Like a modern album can be cohesive af without being intended to listen in one sitting in order

I don't think less cohesive albums are worse than cohesive ones necessarily

My bias swings towards albums where an artist is locked in w a producer, and/or has a distinct sonic atmosphere when u hear smth off the album u KNOW its from that album

that's my idea of cohesiveness btw

Yeah I agree but I also think it depends on style of music

Like most jazz and metal albums are very cohesive basically
