Yeah but there's less of a way to blend in if people were to notice you in a place with already less people than they would already be on edge

I mean there is an argument to be made that they would go there and wait to get their next victim because it would be easiest and less stressful but I feel as though most serial killers are also in it for the thrill so they wouldnt want to just go and wait in an isolated area to potentially get no victims

If they were to set out to kill someone they would have a target or at least go to a place where it would be more likely to acquire one

I think like at night alone on a less busy street would be your worst case scenario

But they also would probably target unlocked houses in areas where the houses are less close together so like if you had a line of houses each with a decent piece of land, as neighbors would be less likely to be alerted

Idk though killers are bad and I am not one of those so they probably think completely different than I would about that stuff
