i am always curious which big celebs control their own social media and which are heavily curated by a team. generally i think on this level (morgan wallen, drake, taylor, the rock, etc) i'm sure their publicist firms WANT to have full control. in many cases i think social posts that appear to be off the cuff are in fact highly strategic. social media is a tool and it is harnessed for profit by these firms for their clients.

on the other hand, not every artists (even popular ones) agree to give up that control. some of them post on their own, to their own benefit (if they are good at it) or their own detriment.

i tend to assume publicist firms are behind more of it than we think. but it varies from artist to artist so idk.

either way in this case, whether it was morgan's idea or his firm's idea, i think it did what it was intended to do
