okay last tip.
i lied a little, there are likely more than 2 pools of resumes but not all companies filter the same so your mileage may vary.
on that note, if you find a job through linkedin/indeed, try applying directly on their site rather through linkedin/indeed. some companies will have those filtered separately too, and again you'll be competing against less resumes.
