You likely already have a "network" you can build off of. Friends, people you meet through hobbies, old coworkers, etc.

LinkedIn is king for office jobs for sure, if you don't have one its worth making one. Also they have job postings on there that'll lean more corporate.

Get a referral. Find a way to meet someone in the company, find a family friend, meet them through a hobby, meet them at a some networking event, etc. But get a referral.
Just one of many many examples of why a referral is better, most companies have 2 pools of resumes, ones from indeed/linkedin/etc that has 100s if not 1000s of resumes, and 1 pool for referrals that probably has 5-10 resumes. Both have to be cleared by the end of each business day, which ones do you think are getting more attention.

also some companies pay for referrals, so employees are incentivized to refer people. so dont feel bad asking they likely get paid for doing it.
