only old samurai movie i saw was boring af
i accept im wrong tho and im just a movie casual not ready for those movies yet
Yojimbo is better and more entertaining
guy is incredible
10 billion dollars from a weird artsy indie film and then creates the entire modern hollywood we know today that allowed spielberg to thrive
he created indiana jones and just gave it to spielberg for fun
louis armstrong and james brown washing that space nerd
Madonna playing
Everyone shut the f*** up
Not even his best movie kid
I’m just saying. I put off watching it for decades and then finally watched it and it was a slog
Yojimbo is better and more entertaining
and thats precisely the one I watched and didnt like

Welp
oh yeah id say thats more in the format and presentation of the music and definitely should be taken into account by listeners. like so people dont listen to 1940s music or James Brown and get mad because the albums arent cohesive. doesnt mean the music itself aged or anything its just the way the listeners are treating it isn't really an apples-to-apples comparison
like trying to compare a greatest hits compilation to an album and complaining that the compilation doesnt flow well or somethihng
100%, it's really fascinating how much the art form has evolved over time. It's really incredible in the grand scheme of things something as important as recorded music period is a relatively new development in our history
Greatest Hit comps are their own discussion, they're such a lost art form and a shallow yet niche interest of mine fr
Welp
im just not there yet with the film medium
I'm hype this is supposed to be her r&b album

I'm hype this is supposed to be her r&b album
Her 90’s albums have better boom bap drums than most 90’s hip hop
@RVI got a pearl jam bootleg with Neil Young as special guest on the last 2 tracks

a whole new third branch that spawned and went absolutely insano after long traditions of folk and art musics did their thing over hundreds of years
