Stuff like The Immaculate Collection where tracks where remixed/restructured to form a cohesive listening experience, or Substance by New Order, a collection of all their singles, but those singles weren't ever actually on their studio albums, despite being their hits! So it gave them a home, and is one of my favorite albums because of it
