My speakers are mid cause I have no room for a good setup, but the ones I have for my turntable are Edifier s1000 mkii, with a schiit mani 2 phono preamp
I like them but you gotta play with the tone knobs to get them sounding right
For me, it's the KEF Q3 Meta speakers with the SVS SB-1000 Pro subwoofer with the Cambridge Audio CXA81 Mk II amp with the Fluance RT-85 record player with the Schiit Mani 2 phono preamp.

If you're spinning records you'll need a phono preamp, unless your turntable has one built in
