I do enjoy a simple job where I'm not stuck in a chair or answering phones all day

But I always am looking for something a bit more interesting like a fun store of some sort

It's why if eventually I ever end up getting money I'd like to make my own little shop of some sort

I enjoy working in a store and moving around and having different things to think about and do, I wouldn't prefer like an office job or something of that nature

But I am tired of cigarettes and sodas and lotto!

I need to find a cute little antique store or an arts and craft store or a nice little clothing store

Have u looked into maybe a comic book store?? i feel like youd enjoy that.

The people who used to work at the comic book store by my place were like my friends id see them every week for years. so nice!

They all are so horrible to go into and they all shut down very fast near me

I love the nerdier gaming or comic stuff but unfortunately I usually can't stand the type of person that also frequents stores like that or opens them

i have a bit of a bias since i was cool and the ppl working there were cool. but then when you get into the hardcore magic the gathering 40 year old still live at their parents people…. ya

the local one i used to go to all the time was ran by this guy who i always called teeth, because his teeth were rotting out his head literally. and he owned the largest collection of batman paraphernalia on the east coast of north america.
even though my familly went to his store for years, I ordered in a board game and then decided i didnt wanna buy ti anymore. and he called our old landline and yelled at my dad lol

in montreal theres a store where they mix and sell their own oil paints for artists. and its all just brushes and paints, i would love to work there ngl.

But they have none of the social skills to get out of their own way and no concern for other things that are deal breakers

but if you just put SOME effort on basic hygene and its not about not being awkward, thats fine, just be nice and not self centred when talking to people.

i have this one person in my familly and since theyve become an adult its just impossible to talk to them.
everything is an argument because they always lived at home and are just told how smart they are all the time. they have like no friends probably because of this. they just live online and are super internet brained. they let themsleves go a lot health wise.

and now we are 30 and its like bruh how are you going to find a wife. you got yourself in a rough spot. and then theyll probably blame the world. obviously they are mentally ill too but i mean what can u do.

and we had so much fun growing up and i love them and its like theres nothing i can do. and i have all these beautiful memories and then when i see them its like pulling teeth trying to hold a conversation.
