But it's probably worth it just as an interest/niche hobby
real talk diminshing returns and snake oil consumes 60% of the audio hobby
you can get impressive "accurate" audio for like $600 for a full system. No need to buy audiophile wires or any of the hyper expensive stuff
I just like collecting tubes because they all change the sound in their own way
