im sorry i mixed up the law. its selling cheese thats unpasteurized thats been aged for less than 60 days. so french bries and roqueforts are illegal to sell. which is insane, those are my favourite ones
How much fancy cheese do you think Americans are eating daily Tuneout
U think they made those illegal to get rid of competition??
Like if those were allowed we would all buy fancy imported cheese instead?
wanna listen together? its great
cant rn
I refuse to listen. He tricked me far too many times for me to fall for it again. His post LIR2 career is so horrid
Pinktape sucked so bad to me

When I was in Vegas me and my buddy decided to eat at É by Jose Andres. World renowned chef that opened a small, 8-person restaurant where they prepare 21 different courses right in front of you. It was like $500 a person between the dinner and wine pairings. Was the coolest dining experience in my life and some of the craziest food I have ever had lol
Iberico ham with caviar and edible gold

Sangria flavored dippin dots

Different cuts of wagyu with some of the most flavorful mashed potatoes I have ever had that were encased in some sorta thin membrane to make those shapes
Plus 18 other unreal courses lol. There was an “empanada” that was made out of cotton candy and had pureed foie gras and corn nuts inside, most interesting bite of food I have ever had.

i would ascend doing this. what an awesome awesome experience
what was your fav thing there??
I have a bit, i learned about it in economics.
how because of dairy farm subsidies, there is an over supply of cheese. so the government and companies try to put that s*** in everything they can. and its very expensive to house the over supply.
thats what I learned about it. it was an example of how subsidies mess up the supply demand equilibrium and the consequences of it. is that what youre tlaking about?
Yep pretty much, its a cool case study imo
wait i didnt read fully are those fr dippin dots
